This weeks lifts with a twist is BEAUTIFUL! My layout doesn't do it justice, especially since it's an 8x10 (see post below for my thoughts on that). This is for Douglas' 12 month page.

Life after Stand Up and Scrap

This is my first layout since the Stand Up and Scrap contest. I needed a break and I was worried I wouldn't create as good of a layout as I did in the contest. And this one isn't as good but I still like it. I'm tired of scrapping in 8x10's. Thats what Douglas' first year album is in and it's hard! That's partially why I haven't scrapped lately b/c I have 6 pages of his that need to be done so that his album is finished and I don't like scrapping that size so I've been putting it off. His next album will be 8x8 like our family album. Anyways, here is his 9 months/first steps page.
